SECURITY
Security and fraud prevention are enforced at
multiple points in the process

Student Request Process

• Students and/or parents register and must include
  and verify an email address before proceeding to
  request page. Schools can also process requests
  on a students behalf.

• Student searches our database of all colleges
  universities nationwide. Multiple destinations
  can be searched and selected. If allowed (school
  preference) students can also send to 3rd party
  destinations.

• Student reviews destinations and confirms that
  selections are correct. Express delivery (for
  mailed transcripts), current or next grading
  period transcript selection, and an applicant
  tracking are available options. If funded by
  the school, receiver or state agency, the fee
  total is reduced to 0.00 with acknowledgement of
  the funding source provided. Fee waivers
  available to students of financial need.

Records Upload
Step 1 Student transcripts are printed from
schools Student Information System to Docufides
installed Client, where they are securely
uploaded to our processing center. Step 2 Once
uploaded (individually or in batch/bulk) the
printer command language data is extracted and
saved as XML, allowing us to deliver in multiple
data or image formats, depending on the
recipients preference.

Delivery Options
Docufide supports a number of delivery options to
suit the needs of the recipient. By default,
Docufide provides a secure, easy to use download
interface for all registered recipients,
delivering transcripts in a standardized PDF or
PESC XML format. Docufide also supports
automated delivery of transcripts through secure
FTP. Lastly, Docufide delivers transcripts in
XML or EDI formats through the Texas SPEEDE
server.
