The Proposal

• Lets Assume we want to get a house, should we
• Buy it, or
• Lease it?
• Team 5 will discuss the possibilities and
  calculate the cost to get a better picture of the
  question buy or lease a house.

Procedure

• 1) Gather necessary data related to short term
  and long term loan rate, house price and lease
  rate.
• 2) Calculate various factors that may affect long
  term price, such as tax and inflation.
• 3) Project 30 year expenses for various house
  configurations at a given city. (ex. LA)
• 4) Reach conclusion.
