  facilities

  going concern complete with A E facilities.
  Lives could, and no doubt will, be lost trying to
  get a seriously injured person to the Q. A.
  Hospital.

• Top two priorities are to encourage investment to
  attract new businesses and giving local people
  the skills to fill local jobs
