Rationale

• Students deserve every opportunity to succeed
  in the classroom. Many times the educator loses
  touch with the reality of the classroom. Just as
  the student is expected to complete assigned work
  and contribute to the overall classroom
  environment, the educator must provide guidance
  so the student can accomplish these goals.
