• With support from Her Majestys UK Government,
  and following up from our carefully planned
  business development initiatives in line with the
  ideals of Her Majestys UK Governments
  Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Global
  Partnership Initiative, the period from year
  ending 2006 2007 has brought unprecedented
  tangible progress to Jilanda SecureSmarts vision
  of enabling SMEs and large corporate groups or
  corporations have access to total business
  solutions especially in the E-Commerce
  environment (using Internet Digital Technologies)
  which enables our clients and customers to focus
  on their core functions thereby increasing
  company performance and profit. With
  improvements in our unrivalled Power of Purpose
  partnership programme, Jilanda SecureSmart has
  further leveraged our specialism in the niche
  environment of E-Commerce Security providing
  total I.T Solutions to our Global Financial
  Market Clients and Customers using security as an
  ultimate focus around the e-commerce,
  telecommunications, financial solutions and
  services and information security management
  services which we inclusively provide. Thus, new
  purpose-resolving Partnerships have evolved with
  globally respected names like RSA Security,
  ControlGuard, Orange e.t.c
• Undoubtedly, and indeed most evidently, our
  pioneering purpose-resolving Global Partnership
  model has literally come alive bringing
  collaboration, partnering, supplier-initiatives,
  and indeed much needed seamless system
  integration in a most-dynamic world of
  Information Technology and Communications which
  to the average SME and indeed some large
  corporates, a maze of products, services and
  solutions glossily being marketed and needing
  real input in terms of perfect and seamless
  integration in its navigation, business
  engagement, implementation, development and
  review.
• Clearly, the Extranet model is being utilised
  more although in many guises, including names
  like Global Hosted Services, Service Oriented
  Architecture (SOA) Services, e.t.c all bringing
  to businesses a cost-effective, functional and
  fit-for-purpose hub of business effectiveness to
  many businesses operational including from the
  points of view of SCM, CRM, ERP, financial
  solutions e.t.c. The undisputed reality and
  power of the internet as a communication backbone
  upon which voice, data and video networks can
  converge continues to play a leading role in
  software development, business processes and
  their outsourcing, their modes of implementation
  and management. Thankfully, Jilanda SecureSmart,
  from a proven visionary point of view, have
  unrivalled Power of Purpose Partnerships which
  has indeed set us up more for success as again is
  further evident in a recent award of a contract
  by Clove Business Systems in their provision of
  immigration and aviation services to Her
  Majestys UK Government which is expected to
  securely and seamlessly integrate with the
  systems of international Governments and airlines
  worldwide inclusively bringing much needed order,
  cost-effectiveness, reliability,
  user-friendliness e.t.c to an Aviation Market
  where timely, effective, functional and secure
  gathering and use of relevant and appropriate
  data is King and does make huge differences for
  Airline profits and indeed safety of citizens of
  nations globally ! Indeed, these are exciting
  times for Jilanda SecureSmart in exclusively
  providing Clove Business Systems Secure Managed
  Network Services from our Global Headquarters in
  the most-picturesque North East Region
  (Sunderland) of England in Great Britain in
  liaison with our global and indeed committed
  Partners !
• The prospects of enabling our current and
  prospective global clientele and customers also
  achieve the amazing cost-saving results (as
  reported by Nissan, E-Bay and Siemens) in their
  contractual obligations to Jilanda SecureSmart in
  liaison with our Partners i.e. Microsoft does
  bring further performance-oriented pro-active
  direction to our work which of course is
  achievable. Jilanda SecureSmart is indeed
  resolved strategically to enable the following
  success stories be made possible for our
  customers globally through their contractual
  obligations with Jilanda SecureSmart. (utilising
  our Partners Microsofts Unified Communication
  Services, Nissan saved more than US135 million
  Ebay lowered its per-mailbox costs by 70 percent
  and Siemens unified 130 business units into a
  single Active Directory (translating into
  unprecedented lowest TCO and highest ROI) ! Now,
  the question is what sort of a business
  Executive would see, read or hear about these
  phenomenal advances and successes and not
  institute such contractual obligations i.e. with
  Jilanda SecureSmart as Microsoft Partners to
  enable further functionality and
  cost-effectiveness in their work ? The answer, I
  am sure is very clear !

• The EMEA regions, New Zealand and Australia
  remain regions that Jilanda SecureSmart would
  passionately work in enabling sustainable growth
  and bolder economic strategic moves are now
  geared specifically for the USA, China, South
  America e.t.c markets. Nigeria is of course,
  highest on our agenda in these regions and our
  input in EMEA particularly in Nigeria has indeed
  been noteworthy and could not have been better
  articulated as done so impeccably by the speakers
  at the recent Global Bankers Conference which
  took place at the ever impressive Dorchester in
  March 2006 attended by Professor Charles Soludo,
  the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor. Nigeria,
  to date now has on record some of the foremost
  Banks which have instituted international
  compliance initiatives like Sabel 2, Sarbanes
  Oxley with most major Banks from developed
  countries trailing behind ! Nigeria also has 25
  consolidated functional, richer and international
  standard Commercial Banks some of which indeed
  made the Financial Times The Banker Best 1000
  Banks in the World List a fete most so-called
  critics did not think was achievable! These
  improvements are inclusively results of
  purpose-driven support from Governments like Her
  Majestys UK Government and the USA Government
  and top visionary international Banks like
  CitiGroup, J.P Morgan e.t.c which have stood by
  Jilanda SecureSmart in our global development
  business plans inclusively utilising high
  encryption products, services and solutions.
• The Global SOA stage is clearly now set for
  financial organisations, Governments and other
  types of organisations to take advantage of this
  seamless synergy that Jilanda SecureSmart can
  securely enable to customers that contractually
  and remuneratively engage Jilanda SecureSmarts
  Services which we implement with our global
  Partners in rolling out the best solutions ever,
  cost-effectively. Thus we foresee our customer
  base to grow in leaps and bounds whereby we gain
  more commitment from our global customer base as
  it increases whereby for example, Oracle
  Financial Solutions and Services are deployed as
  Back-end RDBMS systems and solutions and
  utilising all applicable Secure Email and
  Archiving Systems from Jilanda SecureSmart with
  complimentary Unified Communication Services from
  our Partners Microsoft inclusively utilising
  applicable end-point access security value adding
  services from our partners ControlGuard in
  liaison with our Secure Authentication Services
  in liaison with RSA Security and other McAfee
  based pro-active Network Security Solutions with
  industry first firewall services from our
  Partners Checkpoint and other applicable products
  and services from our other Partners which
  include IBM, NTT/Verio, Dell, Net2Phone,
  Dedicated-Servers (part of the Host Europe
  Group), Citrix, Schlumberger, Adobe (Authorised
  Adobe Government Partner), CISCO, Nortel, BMC,
  McAfee, e.t.c
• ISO27001 shall play a by far the most prominent
  position in these advances especially as it does
  address information security management issues
  which go beyond traditional and contemporary PKI.
  As a Lead Auditor of ISO27001, (Formerly BS7799
  British Standard Institutes (BSI) Information
  Security management Standard), there clearly
  would be a shift towards companies enabling
  ISO27001 Services from companies like Jilanda
  SecureSmart in enabling such firms corporately
  leverage their Information Security management
  Practices inclusively enabling all or some
  aspects of their organisation geared towards
  obtaining the ISO27001 kitemark. This is not
  just about earning an International Standards
  Organisation Information security management
  kitemark but about enabling a painless reviewable
  model for ensuring information security
  management within an establishment. The general
  public or global consumers would soon realise the
  authenticity of committed firms to the ISO27001
  initiative and actively look out for that
  ISO27001logo in engaging an organisations
  services especially in the Financial Market as
  well as Governments where this would depict more
  the level of a Governments commitment to
  safeguarding citizens information.
• The national and international entrepreneurial
  and Governments confidence earned by Jilanda

required the company to obtain an audit in
accordance with section 249B(2) of the Companies

responsibility for (1). Ensuring the company
keeps accounting records which comply with
section 221 and (2). Preparing accounts which
give a true and fair view of the state of
affairs of the company as at the end of the
financial year, and of its profit or loss for
the financial year, in accordance with the
requirements of section 226, and which otherwise
comply with the requirements of the
Companies Act relating to accounts, so far as
