7INTERREG ALLOCATION IN HUNGARY ERDF 2004-2008
- 50 and 80 of the national envelopes must be
allocated to cross-border cooperation, 14 and
44 to transnational and 6 to interregional
cooperation - Third countries taking part in INTERREG III
initiatives may receive financial assistance for
their cooperation from the PHARE CBC programme,
national PHARE, ISPA and SAPARD programmes,
together with TACIS and MEDA programmes

13ELIGIBILITY IN INTERREG IIIA
- Be non-profit legal persons established by public
or private law - national, regional, local public authorities
- public institutions (professional organisations,
development agencies) - municipalities and their organisations acting as
legal entities - non-governmental organisations (church,
foundation, public foundation, association,
public interest company) - Have their headquarters or a registered
regional/local branch in the specified programme
area - Eligible applicants must have one partner on the
other side of the border, who must fulfil the
eligibility criteria of the country concerned - Under certain measures small and medium
enterprises (SMEs) are also eligible for
financing with respect to the rules of de minimis
aid
