  • Go to the following Internet address
  • http//genome.dfci.harvard.edu/buon/Scheduler/inde
    x.php
  • If first time user
  • Already Registered Log in with e-mail address
    and password

First Time User Click First Time User Here
Already Registered Click Already registered Here

  • Fill in Information
  • Click register
  • Once submitted info will be reviewed and access
    rights given
  • Will receive e-mails confirming registration and
    access rights
  • Once registered can now log in and see control
    panel page

Scheduler first line in Quick Links

On Line Scheduler Page
  • Move mouse to day and time that you would like to
    book
  • Check row for cytometer desired
  • If available time block will turn green, click
    mouse and
  • Appointment request page will appear

Appointment Request Page
1.Select time slot 2.Supply Project code(DFCI) or
P.O. 3. Click Save 4. Goes to central booking
and approved 5. e-mail will be sent confirming
appointment
To Modify or change a confirmed appointment

To modify or delete a confirmed appointment
Modify Change time duration Then click
Modify
Delete Click on Delete
An e-mail confirmation will be sent in both cases
