  • Read ALL of the guidelines document before
    starting
  • Read ALL questions in the form carefully
  • Pay attention to the instructions in the boxes
    and the content guidance in parenthesis after
    some of the questions.

Reading carefully
  • There is no right or wrong answer but all answers
    should be justified
  • Try to respect indications of length given

Answering questions
Language
  • All 6 UN languages are accepted (English, French,
    Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Arabic) and treated
    equally
  • Since the working language of the TRP is English,
    all proposals coming in one of the other 5 UN
    languages will be translated
  • Experience has shown that with technical
    documents such as proposals it is safer if the
    authors of the document supervise the translation
