Reading carefully
- There is no right or wrong answer but all answers
should be justified - Try to respect indications of length given

Language
- All 6 UN languages are accepted (English, French,
Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Arabic) and treated
equally - Since the working language of the TRP is English,
all proposals coming in one of the other 5 UN
languages will be translated - Experience has shown that with technical
documents such as proposals it is safer if the
authors of the document supervise the translation
