- Seine-Amont a project of national importance
led by a Public Development Corporation gathering
the State, the Regional Council, the County
Council and 12 communes - Creativity, innovation for local competitiveness
yes, but under the condition to not let those
living on these territories lagging behind - Creativity, innovation for and with the people
living on these territories - An ambitious and difficult objective because it
remains a non conventional one
