  teaching methods, learning activities, and
  available technology, with consideration of the
  motivational needs of students

• Match learning carefully against established
  goals or expectations and monitor student
  progress through a variety of means, giving
  timely feedback to students

• Evaluate and interpret student progress with
  understandable evaluation methods, using
  appropriate data, interpreting data with
  professional expertise, and communicating results
  to students and parents
