  • 2-4 hours for hazardous materials incidents
  • Multiple days for relatively stable situations
    like debris removal form building collapses or
    landslides

    OES Inland Region.
  • Forward emergency proclamations to Cal EMA Inland
    Region.
  • Monitor Fire and Law Enforcement activities
  • Prepare Public Information Releases
