Title: How would you like a therapy that had
1The Cure that Time Forgot
- How would you like a therapy that had
- 70 yrs of history
- Virtually no side effects
- Was inexpensive
- Has an efficacy rate of 60-80
- A positive affect on over 60 diseases (Published
Studies)
2BioPhotonic Therapy
- Other Names
- UBI Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation
- UVB Ultraviolet Blood
- Photo-oxidation Therapy
- Photopheresis
- Extracorporeal Photopheresis

US
4The Procedure
- Blood (40-60cc) is withdrawn from the arm using a
butterfly needle and syringe. It is then added
to saline and passed by the UV light as it is
reinfused back to the patient.
5What if we dilute the blood?
- Ultraviolet Irradiation of Blood G. I. Levashenko
Biomedical Engineering, VoL 33, No. 3, 1999, pp.
141-143. - 30 microns
- 1mm 1,000 microns
- A 2mm thick cuvette exposes 30 microns to UV
light while 1,970microns pass through without
being exposed. - Which leaves it saying.
6It is equal to exposing the top 3 inches of an 80
ft deep river. Or top 30 cm to a 20 meter deep
river

8Full therapy with only 30 cc of blood
- Less clotting
- Less Nurse Time
- Less chance of problems - Reinfusion
- Blood gets more light
- Only 30 CC not 200 cc
- Less cost no more evac bottles
- Less disposal costs

11 Penetration of light into the blood is dependent
on a number of factors
- Distance from the lamp source
- Light transmission of the blood
- Lamp length/size
- Cuvette length/size
- Surface area of the cuvette
- Flow/speed of the blood
- Absorption and penetration of the light
- Turbulence and depth of flow
- Amount of virus/bacteria in the blood
- Action and intensity of the UV light applied
- Energy and Flow rate Joules/sec/cm2

14What Does BPT Actually do?
- Kills bacteria and virus in the blood
- Supercharges the immune system
- Improves circulation improved microcirculation
- Oxygenates tissues
- Balancing effect (homeostasis)
- Reduction of tissue pain
- Cardiovascular protection - increased metabolism
of cholesterol - Anti-inflammatory effects
- Powerful anti-infection properties
- Stimulation for production of red blood cells
- Improvement in the flow and properties of the
blood
15There are basically two actions
- Kills Bacteria and Virus
- Photonic Energy Given
- Many technical reports are available
16Hep C, EBV, MS, Herpes and HIV all helped with
UBI Gordon E. Potter, MD
- Recently, a case of EBV was dealt with in two
sessions. A case of scleroderma (morphea variant)
is close to complete resolution. A colleague with
early diagnosis of MS -- cured in two sessions,
and doing well in almost three years' follow-up. - Other MS patients have experienced increased
energy, and less pain. One case of Hepatitis C
experienced return of strength and functioning
well after three years. - More mundane and very successful areas are Herpes
(zoster and simplex), idiopathic skin rashes, and
flu. As for HIV, there has been a dramatic drop
in viral load in every case.
17 Studies showing the Efficacy
- 1. Treatment of acute septicemia Vestn Khir Im
I I Grek. 1983 Apr130(4)109-12. - 115 patients with acute sepsis UBI
therapy reduced lethality almost 3 times. - 2. Peripheral arterial occlusive disease.
Article in German 1989 Apr 144(7)201-7. - 21 patients suffering from obstructive
peripheral arterial disease stage II - UBI - With UBI walking distance improve 3 fold,
Zero for the rest - Oxygen utilization was improved
apparent blood viscosity was diminished - 3. UBI in the complex treatment of peritonitis
- Vestn Khir Im I I Grek. 1989 Apr142(4)84-7.199
patients with different forms of peritonitis It
reduced lethality two times. - 4. Treating pneumonia in patients with
craniocerebral trauma - Zh Vopr Neirokhir Im N N Burdenko. 1990
May-Jun(3)11-4. - 50 cases of craniocerebral injury complicated by
pneumonia, the authors prove the efficacy. The
mortality and the period of in-hospital treatment
of this group of patients reduced.
18Efficacy
- 5. Ultraviolet irradiation of blood in surgery
Khirurgiia (Mosk). 1990 Nov(11)100-4. - 81 patients with pyroinflammatory diseases
with ..A marked clinical effect, the terms of
treatment reduced by 5-10 days, the outcomes
improved, and the number of complications
decreased. -
- 6. Ultraviolet irradiation of blood in patients
with pulmonary tuberculosis 80 patients 51 had
tuberculosis of the bronchopulmonary system and
29 nonspecific pulmonary diseases. In all cases
blood pressure moderately decreased, there was a
tendency to hypercoagulation decline, the
erythrocyte count and hemoglobin level increased.

20Dr. William Douglass
- " If you knew of a procedure that could save
thousands-maybe millions-would you cover it up?
It is unthinkable that what could be the best
solution ever to stopping the world's killer
diseases is being ignored, scorned, and rejected.
But that is exactly what is happening right
now.
21Dr. Frank Shallenberger Author and Editor of Real
Cures Newsletter
- From the 2011 IPT conference in
- Ft Lauderdale, FL during his Ozone/UBI
- presentation
- We dilute the blood 1 part blood 5 parts saline.
It is a no-brainer to do. This stuff works
fantastic. Since we have changed to this
protocol we have seen dramatic improvements in
our patients. The GHL 3000 holds up well and is
top of the linewe use it every day.
22Dr Robert Rowen Author and Editor of Second
Opinion Newsletter
I really like that absorption study. I think
that I can use it for training purposes and make
your machine the top of the line.. With the
information you have provided in that small
absorption study, I think that we can do almost
as well as the Knott machine.

24American Cancer Society re UBI
Ultraviolet blood irradiation treatment is
approved by the US Food and Drug Administration
for treating T-cell lymphoma involving the skin.
Clinical trials look promising for the treatment
of immune system diseases such as multiple
sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, rejection
of transplanted organs and graft verses host
disease.
25Why is BPT not more widely USED?
- Mainstream non-Acceptance
- Skepticism / Ignorance
- The Dollars Arent There
- Not Business Driven
- The FDA
26Would you tell a Friend ?

Therapy that has helped thousands of sufferers
