How it is done

• Created through DNA cloning, restriction enzyme
  digest, and ligation
• Integrated into bovine (F.Cow) through
  transfection
• Intergrated DNA fuses with oocytes with no
  chromosomes
• After fusion, chromosomes are re-programmed
• -Direct development in embryo

How it is done

• After calf is born, the transgene is only
  expressed after lactation

• Contain proteins in their milk
• Lactose Intolerant people
• Biomedicine-Helps develop new cures to disease
• Environmental Sustanibility
• Agriculture
• Animal health

• Escape of Genetically modified creatures
• The food of Transgenic animals are not safe
