As a polysaccharide, agar is a fan-shaped
polysaccharide that has a basic structure of
galactose and 3, 6-anhydrogalactose. Manufactured
its molecular weight below 5,000 by decomposing
agar, Agarooligosaccharide is, as shown in the
drawing no. 1, a functional substance for
antioxidant activity, prevention and treatment of
arthritis and anti-cancer activity etc.

Nitrogen monoxide (NO) is functioning to lower
blood pressure, widen blood vessels and kill
germs in the human body. If nitrogen dioxide
(NO2) is over-existed in the body by the stimulus
of stress and ultraviolet rays etc., then it is
recognized as an active oxygen molecule to induce
cell destruction, chronic renal failure, colitis
caused by tumor, arthritis, cataract, glaucoma
and cancer etc. So, in order nitrogen dioxide not
to be over-produced, it is needed to take food to
inhibit it to the normal level and function to
