tribes of Israel. - (Col 113) Who hath delivered us from the power
of darkness, and hath translated us into the
kingdom of his dear Son. - There is no promise of a future Kingdom

- Kingdom was to come with power
- Power was to come with Holy Ghost
- Holy Ghost came on Pentecost
- Therefore, Kingdom (church) came on Pentecost
- Church established and continues onward

David's seed to sit on David's throne - (2 Sam 712-13) 12 And when thy days be
fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers,
I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall
proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish
his kingdom. 13 He shall build an house for my
name, and I will establish the throne of his
kingdom for ever. - Peter said this referred to the resurrection and
seating of Jesus (vs 30-34) - Therefore, Christ is now seated reigning

- Peter said Joel's Prophecy of the Last Days
were being fulfilled on Pentecost - (vs 16-20)
- Will continue as long as people are Calling on
the Name of the Lord (vs 21) - (Isa 22-3) 2 And it shall come to pass in the
last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house
shall be established in the top of the mountains,
and shall be exalted above the hills and all
nations shall flow unto it. 3 And many people
shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to
the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God
of Jacob and he will teach us of his ways, and
we will walk in his paths for out of Zion shall
go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from
Jerusalem.

- (vs 37) Faith is seen by their plea
- (vs 38) Repent and be Baptized... in the name of
Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye
shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. - These are still God's terms today
