Kumbh Mela
  • This fair takes place four times every
    twelve years. It takes place alternately in four
    location Prayag, Haridwar,Ujjain and Nashik.

Nagaur fair
  • This eight-day fair is held every year in the
    months of January-February. It is the second
    largest cattle fair in Rajasthan.

Gangasagar mela
  • Every year on maker sankranti, the spot near
    the confluence of the Ganges and the bay of
    Bengal comes alive with this fair.

Sonepur fair
  • This is the largest cattle fair of Bihar.

Pushkar fair
  • This town in Rajasthan, meaning flower in Hindi,
    is famous for its annual cattle fair. During the
    latter half of the festive period, devotees take
    a dip in the holy sarovar lake.

U R S Ajmer Sharif
  • This celebration is held in Ajmer in memory of
    Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.

    cultural festival takes place in this town in
    haryana, located 8 km from south delhi. It
    showcases some of the finest handloom and
    handicraft traditions of the country.
