About that photo
This is unbelievable. Can you even get
dressed in less than 20 minutes? Obviously,
they were waiting already for this photograph, to
use it in a political campaign that had been
decided beforehand.

• It was taken from a video shot by ITN, a British
  television company.
• ITN said, and the rest of the media repeated,
  that this photo showed Bosnian Muslim prisoners
  in a Bosnian Serb death camp.
• Less than 20 minutes after the photo was
  published, president Bush Sr. changed his foreign
  policy, and authorized the use of force against
  the Serbs.
• less than 20 minutes after ITNs report was
  broadcast on American television, President Bush
  changed his policy towards Serbia.

NATO and the media said

• that the skinny man in front was a Bosnian
  Muslim prisoner in a Bosnian Serb death camp.
• However,
• the man smiled for the camera
• 2) he didnt have his shirt on because he didnt
  want to he is holding it in his hand (it was
  summer).
• 3) The fence supposedly keeping him prisoner is
  a chicken-wire fence that a child would have
  destroyed with a kick.
• 4) He is the only one in the photograph who
  looks too skinny.

Compare it to the great fence at Dachau, which
was not only formidable but electrified.

The media lied

• The supposed death camp was in fact a refugee
  camp for displaced Bosnian Muslims.
• It was a refugee camp, not a death camp.
• The Serbs were helping their Bosnian Muslim
  neighbors who wanted to live in peace and who
  were fleeing Alija Izetbegovic, anti-Serb Muslim
  terrorist.
• How do we know this?
• Because the same day that ITN shot the video from
  which the famous photo on the TIME cover was
  taken, a Serbian television team was also
  present, and it filmed the British team shooting
  its video.
• Jared Israel and Petar Makara, Emperors Clothes
  editors, have reproduced the Serbian footage in
  their documentary film JUDGMENT!

What does JUDGMENT! show?

• The skinny man in front had a deformity, and his
  friends made fun of him. Thats why he smiles
  (hes embarrassed).
• Everybody else looks well fed.
• Penny Marshall, the ITN reporter, tried several
  times to get the men to say that they were
  mistreated prisoners, but they replied each time
  that they were being treated very well, that this
  was a refugee camp.

What does JUDGMENT! show?

• There were no soldiers.
• People came in and out of the building as they
  pleased.
• They were receiving medical attention, food,
  etc., under difficult conditions.
• There were no fences.

• Only about 5 meters remained of a chicken-wire
  fence that had once protected a tiny tool shed.
• Penny Marshall went out of her way to position
  her TV equipment behind this surviving bit of
  fencethe rest was broken and fallen down.
• Marshall then proceeded to interview the refugees
  across this remaining bit of fence!
• When she discovered the skinny man in the back,
  she asked that he come forward so that she could
  get a close up of him

• The media said that Serbian president Slobodan
  Milosevic had incited the Serbs to commit

  civil war.

  one voice, accused the Israeli Defense Forces of
  having committed a massacre of Arab civilians in
  the West Bank town of Jenin.
• Now the accusers have confessed that there was no
  massacre, but this was obvious from the start.
• The UN refugee camp, in Jenin, had a bombs-making
  factory, and weapons-making factory, and it was
  from Jenin that the great majority of suicide
  bombers were being sent.
• The Israelis tried to put an end to this and a
  firefight resulted between the PLO terrorists and
  the Israeli soldiers, with casualties on both

What will be the consequence of a PLO state in
the West Bank and Gaza?
Answering this question requires us first to
understand the goals of the PLO.

What does the PLO really want?

• If the PLO wants a state in the West Bank and
  Gaza, then peace is possible.
• But if what the PLO wants is the destruction of
  Israel, then a PLO state is the prelude to a
  disastrous war.
• Let us examine, then, what the PLO says that its
  goals are.

The PLO Covenant (1968)

• In other words, the PLO considers that the only
  way to liberate Palestine is to kill Jews.

• In the context of an obligatory armed
  struggle, the synonyms of purge are the
  following
• rid, eliminate, remove, eradicate, do away with,
  clear.

• When the Nazis spoke of liquidating the Jews,
  what they meant was EXTERMINATION.
• Given that the only way to liberate Palestine,
  according to the PLO, is killing Jews
• when the PLO says that the liberation of
  Palestine will liquidate the Zionist presence,
  it is referring to the extermination of the
  Jewish people.

• NOTE The 1968 constitution is current. A lot
  of people think that the articles we quote at
  left have been revoked. They have not been.
• (But even if they had been, there would be no
  reason to take that seriously).

• Article 9. . .says that armed struggle is the
  only way to liberate Palestine.
• Article 15 says it is a national duty to repulse
  the Zionist imperialist invasion from the great
  Arab homeland and to purge the Zionist presence
  from Palestine.
• Article 22 declares that the liberation of
  Palestine will liquidate the Zionist and
  imperialist presence and bring about the
  stabilization of peace in the Middle East.

By 1970the PLO had experienced less a
revival than a total reincarnation of membership
and purpose under the leadership of Yasser
Arafat. Consisting ostensibly of representatives
of all guerilla organizations, the PLO in its
resurrected form was almost entirely
Fatah-dominated, and Arafat himself served as

• The complete liberation of Palestine and
  eradication of Zionist economic, political,
  military and cultural existence.
• And how will Al Fatah eradicate the Zionist

• Expelling or killing those who practice that
  culture.

The Fatah Covenant

• What follows?
• That Al Fatah, and the PLO it controls, do not
  want to negotiate peace.
• PLO/ Fatah will never be satisfied with a
  Palestinian state next door to a Jewish state
  that is still standing.

• Al Fatahs Covenant says, in article 19, that
• Armed struggle is a strategy and not a tactic
  and the Palestinian Arab people's armed
  revolution is a decisive factor in the liberation
  fight and in uprooting the Zionist existence, and
  this struggle will not cease unless the Zionist
  state is demolished and Palestine is completely
  liberated.

Where does the name Palestine come from?

• The Romans renamed Judah (land of the Jews), as
  Judea (land of the Jews), when they conquered it.
• Then, when Emperor Hadrian completed a long
  extermination of the Mediterranean Jews, he
  renamed it Syria-Palestina and forbade Jews to
  enter it. The point was to wipe out any
  connection between this area and the Jewish
  people, after having wiped out the Jews.
• Palestine means Land of the Philistines. But
  the Philistines had long ceased to exist, and the
  land that the Philistines had once occupied,
  anyway, was much smaller (more or less the Gaza
  Strip).

• It was the Turkish Ottoman Empire that governed
  the Middle East for centuries before 1918.
• In all that time the Ottomans never bothered to
  specify the boundaries of any Palestine.

  Arab Palestinian people.

• Before 1921, the British defined as Palestine
  all of the British Mandate territory.
• In other words, before 1921, what the map at
  right calls Palestine, and also what it calls
  Transjordan, together, were Palestine.
• So, in 1921, Great Britain divided Palestine in
  two, and from then onwards Palestine was less
  than half its previous size.

• This interpretation of theOslo Peace
  Process is the one that PLO leaders defend when
  they speak to their constituency in Arabic.
• We demonstrate this next.

• If the PLOs only purpose is to kill Jews, then
  the famous Oslo Peace Process must really be a
  Trojan Horse.
• In other words, by means of the Oslo Peace
  Process Israeli Jews have been made to think that
  peace can be achieved with the PLO.
• The truth, however, is that Oslo has been a
  strategy to give the PLO a base inside Israel,
• improving in this way its opportunities for
  killing Jews
• and allowing the PLO to prepare the platform for
  the destruction of Israel.

• Shortly after signing the Declaration of
  Principles and the famous handshake between PLO
  leader Yasser Arafat and Israeli prime
  minister Yitzhak Rabin on the White House lawn,
  Arafat was declaring to his Palestinian
  constituency over Jordanian television that Oslo
  was to be understood in terms of the PLOs
  Palestine National Councils 1974 decision. This
  was a reference to the so-called Plan of Phases,
  according to which the Palestine Liberation

  land as a base for pursuing its ultimate goal of
