• born October 31, 1950, Baghdad, Iraq Iraqi-born
  British architect
• Hadid began her studies at the American
  University in Beirut, Lebanon, receiving a
  bachelor's degree in mathematics
• 1972 she traveled to London to study at the
  Architectural Association, a major centre of
  progressive architectural thought during the
  1970s.

Olympic Aquatics Centre
Wining the last years most coveted architectural
prize, Hadid was assigned to design Londons
Olympic Aquatics Centre. The Olympic Aquatics
centre, was constructed in London which the
construction of this building took place in year
of 2005 which will form part of Londons Olympic
Park for a 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic
Games, has a spectacular, sinuous S-shaped roof
inspired by the flow of water, that is certain to
make it a London landmark.

Lilium Tower, Warsaw, Poland
The future addition to the Warsaw skyline is a
light, transparent structure with a strong logic
of identity and character. Rising to a height of
240 meters, The lilium tower was planned out in
2007 and its going to be constructed by 2012

The Farrer Court
located in a considered position within the
housing area of Singapore, close to the amenities
of Holland Road and the future MRT station.
Singapore Construction is expected to start in
the first quarter 2009.

Geometry
While looking through the first building which
was in London, Hadid used lots of geometry
shapes, parallel shapes, circle shapes with a 90
degree angle and it was sketch with a protractor
to even out the angles of it.
In Hadids second building she used geometric
shapes as in the buildings parallel lines
,perpendicular lines, a transversal in the build
of her buildings, she also use square,
equiangular.
The last building of Hadid, as you can see she
has use parallel line for the windows, and other
random shapes to make her building unique.
