Section head of the specialized discipline
recieves the request and scans it
Engineering Manager receives the request and
scans it.
Affiliate needs consulting services
Issue service request by e-mail, letter, fax or
SAP System
The engineer issues the report to the section head
Input the request in EPM Tracking system
Issue the request to the discipline engineer
Proceed with analysis investigation
SH sends the report to the Eng. Mgr.
Send the report to the client and make two copies
for the Eng Library and engineers file
