  around the world
• Main message is to get those who arent
  protected. (wrapped up like a Trojan.. That
  protects against Trojans!)
• Many people believe they are protected or believe
  companies they do business with online adequately
  protect them.

• President J.R. Smith recently started a
  CyberSecurity Month
• He says, People need to be part of the solution
  because if they're not protecting themselves,
  they might be spreading malware. Their computers
  might be used for botnets, so they're actually
  part of the problem.
• A Botnet is a collection of software agents, or
  robots, that run autonomously and automatically.

• AVG was founded in 1991 with the express purpose
  of protecting people around the world using the
  latest in cutting edge security technologies.
• AVG gained success quickly and is now recognized
  as one of the biggest players in the security
  software market.
• AVG currently holds corporate offices in Europe,
  the US and the UK.

Using Social Engineering and Malware

• Not only should is it important to have adequate
  Antivirus software it is also important to be
  aware of Social Engineering to prevent cyber
  attacks.
• Spammers are increasingly using
  social-engineering techniques to lure e-mail
  recipients to open e-mail infected with malware.

Malware- What is it?

• Malware, short for malicious software, is
  software designed to infiltrate a computer system
  without the owner's informed consent.

The expression is a general term used by computer
professionals to mean a variety of forms of
hostile, intrusive, or annoying software or
program code

• Any computer and internet user needs latest

  computer.
• Even thought most of these programs come already
  installed with your computer and are free,
  antivirus software is absolutely essential to
  safe and uninterrupted internet usage.
• It also plays and important role in computer
  safety, as it can protect your vital documents
  and files from becoming damaged or lost forever.
