Back Safety
B is for BALANCE. A is for ALIGN. C
stands for CONTRACT your stomach muscles
and keep the load CLOSE to your body. K
is for KNEES.

Electrical Safety
  • Extension cords may not be used as permanent
    wiring
  • Surge protectors must be plugged directly into a
    wall outlet,
  • not into another surge protector or extension
    cord
  • Breakers should not be reset without finding a
    cause for outage
  • Frayed power cords should not be used
  • Do not overload circuits
  • Electrical outlets within six feet of a water
    source require a GFCI

Housekeeping
  • Keep doorways and aisles unobstructed and free of
    clutter
  • Close drawers when not in use open only 1 file
    drawer at a time
  • Wipe up spills immediately
  • Cut loose carpet threads
  • Prevent and eliminate mold and excessive dust
  • Put extension cords away when not in use

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
  • Do not overwater plantsmoisture can
  • accumulate causing mildew and mold problems.
  • Report water leaks.
  • Keep work area cleandont store open food.
  • Wipe down desks, phones, computer keyboards,
  • and door handles.
  • Use fragrances sparingly.
