Campaign Training Manual
This tutorial is a walk through of the basic
pledge process. Informational items appear in
red and instructions appear in blue boxes.
Pledging is an easy three step process
1. Click Start Donating Now Search for and
add charities you would like to contribute to by
clicking the shopping cart icon ( ). The name
will appear in your Saved Charities section for
your review. When you are ready to make your
pledge, click Make Donation below your saved
charities. 2. Payment Options Review your
saved charities and choose your method of
payment. After selecting your method of payment,
youll be able to specify an amount to
contribute. 3. Submit Review your pledge form
and click Submit Donations. You will
automatically receive an email confirmation of
your contribution(s).

• 26 Payroll Deductions (Option 1) January 1, 2014
  - December 19, 2014.
• One-Time Payroll Deduction (Option 2) The
  donation will be deducted from paycheck on
  January 1, 2014.
• Please note no cash, checks, or money orders will

Note If you want to modify the amount donated,
simply click the trash can icon above and the
system will remove the item from your Current
Donations and place it back in your Saved
Charities cart. Click on Home to repeat the
donation process.
