Using your email

In the New drop down menu, select Appointment.

Fill in the Subject, Locations, Start and End
times. Be sure to click Save and Close, when
finished!

Focus on Options Edit the appearance of emails,
Create new contacts, Develop distribution lists

Type in your information. Choose the font type,
size and alignment.

To add a new contact, select Contact under the
New drop down menu.

Fill in contact information. Be sure to click
Save and Close when finished!

To create a distribution list, Click on new and
then Distribution List

Type in List Name. Make sure its something easy
to identify!!
Search for CCPS employees to add to your list
group by clicking the Find Names box.

Type in the employees last or first name and then
click find.

Highlight the employee and then click Add
recipient toDistribution List.

You can also type in emails from recipients
outside of the CCPS domain. Click Add when
finished.

To send out an email to your list, go to New,
then message and click on the To box.

Choose Contacts from the Find names in drop
down menu.

Type in part of the Display Name and click Find.

Highlight the group name and then click the To
box.
