• He is the Creator, a Redeemer, a Shepherd and
  Judge etc..
• The book that he wrote is profound and priceless
• II. Because of the command to read it Joshua 18,
  2 Tim 215
• Mediate (think) on it
• - Study/Learn how to rightly divide the Word of
  truth

Joshua 18 8 This Book of the Law shall not
depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in
it day and night, that you may observe to do
according to all that is written in it. For then
you will make your way prosperous, and then you
will have good success. 2 Timothy 215 15 Do
your best to present yourself to God as one
approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed,
rightly handling the word of truth.

  accomplish his divine will.
• Lost people are saved through the message of the
  Bible
• B. Saints are sanctified (set apart) through the
  message of the Bible
• IV. Because our enemy the devil read it.

John 316-18 16"For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes
in him should not perish but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send his Son into the world
to condemn the world, but in order that the world
might be saved through him.
