How referring to the Technical Instructions
solves a problem 2005 2006 edition of the
Technical Instructions requires training in
Recognition of undeclared dangerous
goods JAR-OPS does not require such training and
the earliest it could would be mid to late 2006,
nearly 2 years late and just before a new edition
(2007-2008) of the Technical Instructions If
JAR-OPS required training in accordance with the
Technical Instructions, problem goes away
