- Two tractors pulling a semi-trailer with steel
ISO shipping containers have been targeted by
smugglers en-route to the Port Facility. The
drivers were kidnapped and substituted by gang
members. The smugglers loaded contraband in the
shipping containers but did not have the proper
seals to secure the containers
