Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly,
I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot
see the kingdom of God." Nicodemus said to Him,
"How can a man be born when he is old? Can he
enter a second time into his mother's womb and be
born?" Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to
you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit,
he cannot enter the kingdom of God (John 33-5).

Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your
advantage that I go away for if I do not go
away, the Helper will not come to you but if I
depart, I will send Him to you (John
167). However, when He, the Spirit of truth,
has come, He will guide you into all truth for
He will not speak on His own authority, but
whatever He hears He will speak and He will tell
you things to come (John 1613).

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the
hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages
for our glory, which none of the rulers of this
age knew for had they known, they would not have
crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is
written "EYE HAS NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NOR
HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN THE THINGS
WHICH GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM."
But God has revealed them to us through His
Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes,
the deep things of God (1 Corinthians 27-10).

Now we have received, not the spirit of the
world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we
might know the things that have been freely given
to us by God. These things we also speak, not in
words which man's wisdom teaches but which the
Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things
with spiritual (1 Corinthians 212-13).

Since you have purified your souls in obeying
the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of
the brethren, love one another fervently with a
pure heart, having been born again, not of
corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the
word of God which lives and abides forever (1
