• Medicine-any drug used to cure, prevent, or treat
  illness or discomfort

  specific medicine.
• Over-the-counter-OTC-a drug bought over the
  counter without a doctors prescription.

• Effects-intended effects of a drug
• Side Effect-any effect caused by a drug that is
  different than the intended effect.

• Active ingredients-chemical component that gives
  a medicine its action.
• Inactive ingredients-fillers that give pills
  their size, shape, color, coating color and
  flavor to liquids.
