Title: HookUp! Learned Lessons and Consequences
1(No Transcript)
2Campus Europae Erasmus
- Campus Europae students' distinctive feature is
that they use the language of the host
universities not only English as most Erasmus
students
3- Campus Europae has promoted foreign language
teaching within the member universities as a
cornerstone for Campus Europae student mobility - Hook up! is the first of an integrated language
learning method
4- Campus Europae candidates do not need to know the
language of the host university when they decide
to go abroad - They can start learning the host university
language at home with Hook up! - online language
learning platform as soon as they decide to go
abroad
5Language Learning with Campus Europae
- Campus Europae offers Hook up! throughout the
year but is most useful as soon as a student
decides to go abroad - Campus Europae offers intensive language courses
in August/September - Most universities offer a blended learning module
during the semester which combines face to face
and online learning
6- When arriving at the host-university the student
is expected to have at least an A1 level acquired
with Hook up! - The intensive language course at the
home-university before the start of the academic
year is given at level A2 and higher since many
universities require a B1 level - This is followed by semester courses enabling the
student to reach B1 level during the 2nd
semester.
