ísimo - suffix

• The suffix ísimo is used as an intensifier and
  is usually translated as very when added onto
  the end of adjectives.

ísimo - suffix

• Adjectives with the ísimo ending have four
  possible forms (ísimo, ísima, ísimos, ísimas) and
  must agree with the nouns they modify in number
  and gender.

ie... El examen es facilísimo. Juana es altísima.

ísimo adding the suffix

• 1. If the adjective ends in a consonant then
  just add the ísimo to the end.
• ie...fácil - facilísmo
• difícil - dificilísimo

• 2. If the adjective ends in a vowel then drop
  the vowel and add the ísimo to the end.
• ie...verde - verdísmo
• grande - grandísimo
