  • A condition of wellbeing for children, adults,
    families or communities

  • INDICATOR / BENCHMARK
  • A measure which helps quantify the achievement of
    a result.
  • Rate of low-birth weight babies, Rate of road

  • A measure of whether a programme, agency or
