Status of CMGC
  • TC is engaged in Phase 1 stage performing
    pre-construction and pre-planning activities
  • Pre-con on site staff (2 PMs and 1 PE), other
    staff on-site throughout the week include
    superintendent, safety coordinator, scheduler,
    etc
  • Enhance understanding of site conditions and lab
    activities
  • Development of bid packages (Groups 1-4)
  • Conducted bidders pre-conference
  • Manage and direct potholing activities for
    verification of underground utilities
  • Commenced weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC)
    meetings
