  clients/customers in advance of the employees
  transition
• There will be a specific message content arranged
  prior to client/customer communication on this
  issue

  be made to those clients/customers who require
  communication in advance
• One of our employees is undergoing gender
  transition
• This is a valued employee who does good or
  excellent work
