Troubleshooting Tipsfor Installation issues

• Shadowing
• Wire covering LED lens
• LEDs not Spaced Properly
• Product vs. Depth of the letter not correct
• Sign or Row Does Not Light After Installation
• Check Connection from Power Supply
• Check Power Supply Leads and Jumper Wire
  Connections
• Check to be sure output wires are connected with
  proper polarity
• Sign Does Not Light
• Check Output Voltage of Power Supply with a
  Voltmeter
• Check Input Voltage going into the power supply
  with a volt meter
• Check all Connections and Seal/Cap all
  Loose/Exposed Wires

• Modules Are Dim
• Check to be sure the Power Supply are not
  overloaded by running more LEDs then
  recommended
• One Module does not light but the others do
• The system is designed so if one module doesnt
  light, it will not cause the entire row of LEDs
  to go out.
• Flashing and Flickering
• Overloaded power supply (too many feet/modules on
  a power supply)
• Possible wire shorting out
• LEDs do not light but a meter reading at the end
  of the string reads the proper low voltage
• LEDs possibly hooked up to high voltage, LEDs
  have been destroyed, however there is still
  continuity in the line.
