• Terry owned a home that was leased to Roman
  Polanski and on August 9, the home was the site
  of the murder of Sharon Tate.

• Sharon Tate was murdered on August 9, 1969 by the
  Mason family. She was eight and a half months
  pregnant, two weeks from giving birth. She was
  also married to a director, Roman Polanski. She
  was with her friends the night of the murder.

• Atkins is the one in the Tate murder that wrote
  pigs on the door in blood
• Atkins is in prison for life she was at a parole
  hearing in 2004 but was denied

• Watson was tried separately from the others in
  the murder
• He got the death sentence but got out of it do to
  the Calif. Supreme Court that invalidates all
  death sentences prior to 1972
• He has spent two-thirds of his life in prison
