  • Overall Health physical, emotional and social

  • Wellness Quality of life that results from a
    persons health status
  • Risk factor- Something that increases the odds of
    a negative outcome
  • Protective Factor- Something that increases the
    chances of a good outcome
  • Quality of life Degree to which a person lives
    life to the fullest capacity
  • Habit- is a pattern of behavior that you follow
    almost without thinking.
