  • Bleeding

  • Foley catheter / antibiotics
  • Urinary retention
  • Males, previous obstructive symptoms
  • Caudal, Over hydration
  • Infection
  • Rare, Submucosal abscess / fistula
  • Beware of increasing pain

  • Change in symmetry of anal canal
  • Sphincter damage
