  offices.
• Gamers use these to control their characters
  while talking.
• Various programs on the internet require headsets
  to talk to other people.

How it works.

• Microphones are a device that converts energy
  from one form to another. When the membrane
  instead the microphone vibrates it causes the
  other components to vibrate also.

What it is made of..

• Permanent magnets that are made for microphones
  are made from a compound called neodymium iron
  boron.
• Copper wire is used to make the voice coil and
  cable
