6- Demand Response(DR) Program Overview
- Customer commits a specific kW reduction amount
to the program - On a peak day, CPS Energy issues a call for
curtailment with one to two hours advance notice - Customer initiates the reduction for the
specified time period- for example - The next day, CPS Energy verifies the customers
load reduction via metering data
