- Prospective companies will be required to
prequalify for each Request for Proposal (RFP)
opportunity. - The process for becoming prequalified requires
the active participation of interest companies. - All project RFPs are Invitation to Bid Only-the
completion of prequalification process does not
guarantee participation in any RFP
