Cheyenne Pipeline

• Status report
• 84 miles of 16 inch Pipe from Ft. Laramie to
  Frontier Refining in Cheyenne
• 13 miles of 24 inch pipe from Guernsey to Ft.
  Laramie
• The new pipeline will have a throughput capacity
  of approximately 56,000 barrels per day (bpd).
• Heavy Crude
• Engineering and ROW are currently underway
• Construction will begin in October 2006
• Operation to begin Mid 2007

• Guernsey Station
• Fort Laramie Station
• Mid-Point Station (Chugwater)
• Cheyenne Station
• New Transfer Station in Guernsey, Wyoming

Legacy Pipeline

• Status Report
• RMPS is constructing a new 16 inch diameter
  pipeline from eastern Utah to the Salt Lake City
  refineries
• The pipeline will be approximately 91 miles long
  and will mostly parallel our existing pipeline
  system using common rights of way.
• The new pipeline will have a throughput capacity
  of approximately 95,000 barrels per day (bpd).
• Four of the five Salt Lake City refiners have
  signed agreements with RMPS to ship crude oil on
  the new pipeline.
• Phase 1 Construction will begin in October 2006
  to be completed by the end of the year
• Phase 2 will follow with completion estimated to
  be complete October 2007
• Operation to begin later 4th Quarter 2007

• Legacy Pipeline will parallel existing pipeline
  system allowing new 16 inch pipeline to utilize
  existing stations, with the exception of one new
  station at Frontier
