Debate Mechanics

• Form a debate team (with group members).
• All members of the debate team must participate
  (speak). A single member of the team should take
  each session.
• The debate format (sessions) will be as follows
• 1-1. 3 minute opening from affirmative 1-2. 3
  minute opening from negative 2-1. 3 minute
  rebuttal from negative
• 2-2. 3 minute rebuttal from affirmative 3-1.
  3 minute closing from affirmative 3-2. 3 minute
  closing from negative
• 5 minute Q A period
