  AP00.3(Vendor Class) is set to Yes
• Add invoice AP20.1 for total 1099 amount. Attach
  an income code.
• Add credit invoice AP20.1 for total 1099 amount.
  Do not attach income code.
• Run the payment cycle (AP150, AP155, AP170).
• 1099 will now be created for this vendor, net
  affect to GL will be zero.
