LCE P3 packs, preps supply package
LCE receives request and initiates supply pull
and internal request for transportation.
UGV is driven (either by driver overriding remote
system, or teleoperated within close vicinity of
vehicle) to Supply Staging Lot and supply package
is loaded onto UGV
LCE MT coordinates and plans convoy per MCRP
4-11.3F (Convoy Operations Handbook) and local
unit SOPs, with the exceptions and modifications
in Appendix K (Draft) of MCRP 4-11.3F
LCE informs Requesting Unit of details on resupply
Bn can not fill request, request goes to LCE
Determination made that ground delivery via UGV
is required and UGV is allocated
UGV departs LCE CLA
Company can not fill request, request goes Higher
Communications between UGV Operator and owners of
convoy route battle space
Requesting Unit calls for Resupply
UGV departs for next delivery point
Short Final Check Between UGV Operator and
Requesting Unit
UGV returns to LCE CLA
UGV Operator gives green light to Requesting Unit
to manually control UGV
Requesting Unit gives green light to UGV Operator
to depart area
Requesting Unit Manually Drives UGV to pick up
point
Requesting Unit Manually Drives UGV to unload

UGV enters Requesting Units battle space and UGV
Operator places UGV in safe mode.
