• AB540 does not apply for private university
• Contact the specific university
• Processed as international students

• Requirements
• Must attend a high school in California for 3 or
  more years
• Must graduate from a California High School or
  attain an equivalent (GED)
• Must file an affidavit, which states that you
  will apply for legalization as soon as you are
  eligible
