- Customers with disabilities should have the
choice to tap into as many resources as they need
to reach their goals, since only the individual
customer will know the right combination of
services that may be his/her formula to success.
This means that each customer who comes into a
One-Stop should be evaluated on an individualized
basis and provided a menu of options from which
