Preparation
Success depends on preparation and planning Give
yourself several days to prepare. Locate and
schedule the training site ASAP. Notify trainees
as far in advance as possible. Obtain necessary
equipment and supplies. Make sure you know how to
operate all the equipment, both audio-visual
and powered trucks. Review all training
materials. Preview video tapes.
