• The VJAS requires each participant to work
  independently unless engaged in a joint project
  with no more than two additional participants.

• A written record is an important part of every

  recorded in the LOGBOOK, including all collected
  data, observations, and experimental notes.

• Some financial support for research is available
  through the VJAS office. These monies will NOT
  cover travel expenses OR materials schools
  normally have.

• Upon completion of the research these materials
  become the property of the school.
• Grants usually do not exceed 100.00.

• students applying for support must be members of
  the VJAS, complete the Research Grant Application
  and submit it and any supporting information to
  the Director by December 1.

  annual meeting otherwise the student is in
  violation of the fund and monies received must be
  returned to VJAS.
