• Lt. Gen. DeWayne Patrick, (Ret.) served 31 years
  in the United States Army. Upon retiring, DeWayne
  returned to his hometown of Thomson, GA where he
  became city administrator for 12 year. DeWayne
  has 20 years of perfect attendance in Rotary.
