  met maligniteiten van
• het hematopoietische systeem
• het immuunsysteem

Pathogenese hematologische maligniteiten

• Genetische hit(s)
• op chromosoom niveau (translocaties,deleties
  etc)
• op gen niveau mutaties

• Hierdoor
• (functioneel) verlies tumorsuppressor genen
• disregulatie oncogenen

• Verstoring normale groei en differentiatie
• sterke proliferatie, blokkade in differentiatie
• matige proliferatie, gestoorde differentiatie
• gestoorde geprogrammeerde celdood (apoptosis)
